Thalyn for Developers

Game-ready worlds you own, so you can get on with the game.

Your models, seated in real terrain.

Say how it should feel — out loud, typed, or picked — and drop in the models you already own. What comes back is one coherent, walkable world: terrain, paths, water, light and placement resolved together, ready for your mechanics and yours to ship.

Ship the game. The landscape was never why you started.

The part that doesn't have to be hard

World design is the heaviest lift in the build. It doesn't have to be yours.

You spent the week on terrain. You should have spent it on your game. Large studios solve this with automated world-assembly pipelines — dedicated tools and dedicated engineers most teams will never have the budget to build. Thalyn is that pipeline, on one desktop.

Terrain takes time. Placing assets takes longer. Getting the two to feel like one coherent place — not a pile of placed things — takes experience and hours you would rather spend on the game itself.

So hand it over. You bring your models and say how the place should feel — the mood, the lie of the land, what belongs at the heart of it. What comes back is a coherent, walkable world: terrain, biomes, paths, water, erosion, atmosphere, lighting, and your models placed with purpose. You own it, and it is ready for your mechanics.

Prototyping? A whole world in a single session, and another when the first one is wrong. Final production? Professional-grade quality, with full control over what goes in.

The week you were going to lose to the landscape goes into the build your players remember.

What you walk away with

Your Models at the Centre

Drop in the models you already own and the world grows around them — real topology under them, paths that reach them, sightlines that show them off. Thalyn's library fills in everything you didn't bring.

You Own the Output

Every world you make is yours, and so is everything in it. No strings on the terrain or the placement. Publish it as your own experience — commercially, permanently.

Iterate on Whole Worlds

Try a different version of a world in a single session, without rebuilding from scratch. Every world you make is saved, so the one you shelved in March is still waiting when the design changes.

Coherent, Not Scattered

Your models land where they belong, not strewn at random. Paths lead somewhere, sightlines are composed, and players read the place as one world with a point of view.

Built for Your Team

Hand a world to a teammate and they open exactly what you made — same terrain, same placement, down to the detail. Reviews stop being screenshots of near-enough copies.

Export to Roblox

Send a finished world to Roblox as a complete, playable place: terrain, assets, lighting, atmosphere. Exporting is free and unlimited — it's a pipeline step, not a generation.

All of it leaves with you, into your build and in front of your players.

Deterministic, not generative

The same seed rebuilds the same world. Exactly.

Thalyn is a rules-based generation engine, grounded in ecological and psychological research. Nothing is guessed and nothing drifts between runs: the same seed and the same settings rebuild the same world, down to where each rock sits. Commit the seed and the settings alongside your project, and anyone on the team with Thalyn open rebuilds the same world — down to where each rock sits — on their own machine.

That matters at the moments a pipeline usually hurts. A bug report arrives with a seed and you are standing in the tester's world, not an approximation of it. A build from March opens unchanged in September. Nothing you build is at the mercy of a model version.

It matters for what you ship, too. A splat is a photograph of a world. You can't hand a photograph to your players — they need real geometry, real materials, and a scene your engine can open. That is what comes out of Thalyn.

Six months from now, your whole team opens the same world you did. Exactly.

Out of Thalyn, into your build

Take it out, and let someone else walk it.

Export a finished world to Roblox as a complete, playable place — terrain, assets, lighting and atmosphere intact, with triangle budgets enforced so it runs properly on the devices your players actually use. Or take it out as glTF for Blender, Godot, Three.js and anything else that reads it.

Exporting is free and unlimited. It's a pipeline step, not a generation, so the same world can go out again after every change — and again the day you finally ship it.

A world only you have walked is just a place. Export is how it becomes somewhere.

Where it fits
Indie, Solo

Skip the world-build. Ship the game.

Iterate on full worlds instead of building one by hand, and drop your mechanics into a place that already holds together. Try layout after layout, then ship the one that sings.

Small Studio

Professional results on a solo budget.

Thalyn's quality stands next to environments that take far longer by hand. Your artists get their weeks back for what only they can do — characters, hero structures, bespoke set-pieces — while the world around them resolves underneath.

Game Jam

The environment stops being the risk.

Say how it should feel. Place what you love. Walk in. Then export it and spend the rest of the jam on the thing you actually wanted to build.

Roblox

Experiences that look like nobody else's.

Move past stock terrain tools and generic asset packs. Thalyn builds places with real identity — a feeling, composed sightlines, full atmosphere — and exports them ready to publish. Your place gets recognised as yours before anyone reads the name.

Whatever you are building, the world stops being the reason it slips.
