Thalyn® is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation in any way. The Roblox name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of Roblox Corporation.
Thalyn generates 3D content that users may choose to import and use within the Roblox platform. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Thalyn-generated content complies with Roblox's Terms of Use, Community Standards, and Creator policies. Thalyn Ltd accepts no liability for content uploaded to Roblox or for changes to Roblox's platform policies that may affect the use of Thalyn-generated content.

Your Content — Ownership and Rights
The worlds you generate using Thalyn® are yours. This section explains precisely what that means.
Your creative output. The terrain, heightmap, topology, biome layout, path network, water bodies, and spatial composition of your generated world are the product of your creative choices — the emotional archetype you selected, the world shape you chose, the seed that governed the generation, and any focal points or assets you placed. Thalyn Ltd does not claim ownership of this output. You may use, modify, sell, publish, and distribute it — including commercially — without restriction, without royalty, and without further permission from Thalyn Ltd.
Thalyn library assets. Your generated world also contains 3D assets from Thalyn's content library — trees, rocks, foliage, structures, and other elements placed by the generation system. These assets remain the intellectual property of Thalyn Ltd. By generating a world, Thalyn Ltd grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, distribute, publish, sell, and commercialise any world containing these assets, including in commercial products and on third-party platforms such as Roblox. Once a world containing Thalyn library assets has been published to a third-party platform, that licence is not affected by any subsequent change to Thalyn's asset library or account status — your published works remain legally licensed. You may not extract Thalyn library assets from your world and redistribute them as standalone files.
Your own imported assets. Any assets you import into Thalyn — such as FBX or glTF files you supply — remain entirely yours. Thalyn Ltd claims no rights over them.
Licences survive discontinuation. In the event that the Thalyn service is permanently discontinued, any licence granted to you under this section remains valid and is not affected by that discontinuation. Worlds you have already published will not lose their legal basis.
Thalyn is provided as an online service. World generation and export require an active internet connection and a free Thalyn account. Thalyn Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Thalyn Ltd accepts no liability for content uploaded by users to third-party platforms, or for consequences of third-party platform policy changes affecting published content.
Platform compatibility — including Roblox, Unity, and any future export targets — is provided on a best-efforts basis. Platform policies and technical requirements change independently of Thalyn, and Thalyn Ltd cannot guarantee ongoing compatibility with any third-party platform.
Privacy Policy
Thalyn collects the minimum personal data necessary to operate the service. This includes account information (email address provided at registration), generation records (world seeds, configuration parameters, and saved world history associated with your account), and standard server access logs.
Thalyn does not sell personal data to third parties. Generation data may be used in aggregate, anonymised form to improve the Thalyn generation system. Thalyn Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Thalyn service. Data is processed on the legal basis of contract performance (operating the service you have purchased) and legitimate interests (improving the service).
Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact hello@thalyn.world. Thalyn Ltd complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Thalyn's service is intended for users aged 13 and over. A date-of-birth check is presented at first run; users confirmed to be under 13 are blocked from creating an account.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of Thalyn® or this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Thalyn® following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
